Profiles
BTSRP is a BTS faceclaim community only. Within 24 hours of joining the community, you are required to change your profile image to a member of BTS. If not, your profile will be hidden.
WHAT WE ALLOW :
⊱ BTS Faceclaims.
⊱ Fanart of BTS as long as you leave credits.
⊱ Ulzzang images if their faces are not shown.
⊱ The following are allowed as long as you indicate you roleplay as a BTS member in your bio or a wiki. [ ANIME, MANGA, CARTOONS, TV SHOWS, MOVIES, WEBTOONS, COMICS, MUSICALS, etc. ]
WHAT WE DO NOT ALLOW :
⊱ Female idols & other boy groups.
⊱ Deceased people.
⊱ Anyone involved in controversy.
⊱ People who have indicated they do not allow their face being used.
⊱ IRL images.
Posts
Follow these rules in order to avoid your post being disabled!
WHAT WE ALLOW :
⊱ Poetry, song lyrics, journals, and other blogs centered around writing.
⊱ Edit dumps, theme shops, tutorials, etc. Posts centered around editing.
⊱ Artworks, digital/traditional, muses, etc. Posts centered around art.
⊱ Social media posts.
⊱ Posts related to roleplay.
WHAT WE DO NOT ALLOW :
⊱ Out of character posts. Stay IC in public. Exceptions to this rule include hiatus announcements and rp requests.
⊱ Posts without credits to fanart, edits, etc. You are required to give proper credit for inspiration.
⊱ Posts asking for coins.
Anything with heavy content will be disabled. If the topics are 18+, content creators should keep the details vague. For triggering content, you must write a warning in either the title or the beginning of the blog. If not, the post will be taken down. If you see a post that does not have a proper warning, please notify a member of the staff team.
Chatting
THE FOLLOWING TOPICS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN PUBLIC CHATS :
⊱ OOC chatting.
⊱ Voice notes.
⊱ Promotions.
⊱ 18+ content, especially sexual content is not allowed.
⊱ Spam messages and trolling.
Please keep littlespace activities in the daycare chats or in chats that allow littlespace. Refrain from entering chats that do not allow littlespace as it may make others uncomfortable.
Plagiarism
BTS Roleplay has a strict anti-plagiarism policy.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to repost content that is not your own without permission from the original creator. If you are taking inspiration, you must give credit to the source of your inspiration.
Reselling profile themes that you did not produce yourself will not be tolerated. If you are caught posting themeshops with themes that are not your own, the post will be taken down.
Promotion
Promoting another community through public or private chats is not allowed. If you are caught, you will be banned.
EXCEPTIONS TO PROMOTING RULES :
⊱ You must be at least level 11. Ask a leader for permission to promote through one blog. You will then be allowed to make a blog that will be featured. You must provide a screenshot of permission given in your blog.
⊱ If another promotion blog has been made for a different comm, wait three days before asking for permission.
⊱ Only one blog can be made per comm.
Any other method of promotion will not be allowed and your account will be banned if caught.
Discipline POlicy
For most cases, BTS Roleplay will follow this discipline policy.
First, a warning. Then, two strikes. Finally, you will be banned.
This is the system the staff team will generally follow. However, depending on the circumstances, this policy might not be used if the situation calls for harsher disciplinary action. For example, such topics may involve self-harm, racism, etc.
Another exception includes trolling in public chats. If your account is below level 6, you are more likely to be banned if you do not desist trolling after verbal warnings from moderators.
When submitting a report, we now require uncropped screenshots of the situation.
Please avoid behaving rudely to members of the staff team. Harassment and bullying of moderators is not to be tolerated and you will risk being banned from the comm if this occurs on multiple occasions. Blocking a member of the staff team is not allowed.
